Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Member Support to lead their
Member Support team and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a remote Member Support team, fostering a
productive environment
Analyze and optimize KPIs to improve member support efficiency and
reduce inquiry volume
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and
enhance the overall member experience
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience managing a remote customer/member support
team
Proven track record of improving customer service KPIs and
enhancing satisfaction
Experience in process-oriented problem solving and implementing
systems
Familiarity with food logistics or working with vulnerable
populations is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
