Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
provide support to the inside sales team and customer base in a
remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers and travel agencies to resolve
travel-related issues
Manage itinerary changes and assist customers with service
upgrades
Issue tickets, process documents, and perform quality checks on
reservations
Required Qualifications
Prior travel industry or customer service experience required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
