Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Data Analytics to shape
analytics strategy and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop core metrics and proprietary insights in collaboration with
the Product team
Coordinate with Data Engineering to build and maintain scalable
data infrastructure
Grow and mentor a high-performing analytics team while driving
tooling and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in analytics leadership, preferably in a
product-oriented or technology-driven environment
Strong collaboration experience with cross-functional teams,
particularly Product and Engineering
Deep knowledge of data infrastructure, statistical analysis, and
data visualization tools
Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of data
professionals
Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear
insights for diverse audiences
