AppleOne?s high-profile client has an immediate need for an Asset, Compliance and Property Manager. It is a MUST for this individual to have worked for a developer on an Affordable Housing Project for at least ONE year; not necessary to have Property Management experience, however it is a plus. The Property Manager will be responsible for property operations and asset performance. The manager would ensure all subsidies are calendared, applied for and collected including SCOSR, COSR and TAY.The ideal candidate would have excellent project management abilities, knowledge of general property management procedures, preparation and analysis of property operating budgets, reports, maintenance, overseeing property management staff as well as knowledge of public and private financing sources and housing programs. It is also essential to be knowledgeable of public and private financing sources and housing programs, including local, state and federal programs and low income housing tax credits.

***The Housing Asset, Compliance and Property Coordinator should have a BA and at least one year experience in affordable housing asset management or compliance, preferably in permanent supportive housing that is subsidized with public funds.***
