• Conducts data analysis and assists business units in identifying data governance needs.
• Offers support in developing business terms, a business glossary, metadata tags, and managing data catalog and classification functions.
• Produces various reports for functional areas.
• Collaborates with staff and business units to identify data challenges and provide support in the development of targeted training programs.
• Provides role-based access and data security support to ensure data is controlled and accessible to authorized users and departments.
• Provides first-level support to business units for Data Governance tools and training when needed.
• Collects data quality use cases and high-level requirements, serving as the liaison between the Data Scientist and technical teams.
• Assists in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Supports business units in creating reports on data metrics and identifies opportunities to enhance data processes through the Data Governance program.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.Experience1-3 years of relevant experience supporting business development by identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement within a department.Certifications/Licenses/Special Requirements
• A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.Special Conditions
