Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Client Support Consultant to
manage group claims client interactions for employers with 2000+
enrolled employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for group claims inquiries
and client escalations
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and
resolve issues
Conduct regular case reviews and participate in presentations to
demonstrate the value of group claims services
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in the Employee Benefits industry or Group
Benefit Services
Proven relationship management skills with clients, brokers, and
internal partners
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all dealings
Experience in project management and multi-tasking
