Job Description:
Provide project-specific support to the Red Bull Distribution
Company (RBDC) Real Estate and Construction Department. Execute and
implement national initiatives relating to RBDC Facilities and
Building Operations including but not limited to site planning,
permit coordination, construction oversight, facilities operations
at designated sites across the country.ResponsibilitiesAreas that
play to your strengths:
- Lead and serve as primary contact for select national
construction projects.
- Coordinate and serve as liaison between architect,
superintendent, property manager, general contractor, real estate
professional, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Advise on lease renewals or relocations, presenting rent
calculations and project budgets to local, regional, and national
Red Bull team members.
- Work with brokers and legal counsel to edit leasing documents
and recommend favorable lease provisions.
- Perform facility visits to overview construction progress,
troubleshoot site conditions, design issues, and recommend
corrective actions.
- Create, review, submit, and manage RFI's, submittals, and
change order logs.
- Ensure project-related coordination of City/County/State
permitting and application processing.
- Responsible for project documentation, updating and maintaining
lease and project records including lease correspondence, close-out
schedules, warranties, contract/change order summaries, drawings,
site plans, project contact directories, and administrative
correspondence.
- Review and code construction and property management-related
invoicing, processing of construction and property management pay
requests.
- Collaborate with in-house IT/Network Engineers and third-party
security/CCTV vendors to install onsite Audio-Visual and/or
security devices.
- Work with local and regional operations teams to develop custom
site branding and artwork designs.
- Manage site utilities and track vendor payments.Minimum
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree, trade school, licensure, or
commensurate subject-matter experience.
- 5 years or more of work in Construction Project Management or
related fields. Real Estate and Design experience.
- Experience in facilities and property management.
- Ability to read construction plans and possess a well-rounded
knowledge of the construction process, including project budgeting
and financial reporting.
- Experience supervising vendors and contractors.
- Maintain departmental recordkeeping systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; working knowledge of
AutoCAD/Bluebeam and MS Project.Travel 30-40%. Permanent position,

position is $96,330 to $106,470 + cash incentives. Actual salary
offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is
subject to change and may be modified in the future. Our current
