Job Description:
A company is looking for a Configuration Systems Automation
Analyst to leverage technical expertise in solving complex business
challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical knowledge and support for
system/application and procedural issues
Coordinate ongoing user support and collaborate on projects with IT
to implement long-term solutions
Analyze and verify results for accuracy, and assist in identifying
business impacts for system upgrades
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
Knowledge of Facets product and Facets data model preferred
Experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel preferred
