Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Pomona, CA 91768Pay Range: $27/hr-$32/hr on W2 (DOE)Duration: 11 Months plusShift: M-F 7 am-4 pm
Description:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.The candidate must possess the demonstrated ability to perform moderately complex quantitative analysis with the ability to gather, document, analyze and draw conclusions on data and information.

• The candidate will possess three to five years of experience in the field of analysis.
• Responsible for developing strategies that support business needs for efficient and effective use of best practices.
• Identify requirements, approaches, solutions, costs, risks and options to address business needs.
• Lead implementation activities of an initiative, application or feature set.
• Responsible for project documentation including definition, requirements, conversion, testing, implementation and training.
• Able to prioritize initiatives by assessing business value for the effort and developing options.
• Collaborates with vendors to understand product direction, release strategy, and timeframe.
• Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems technologies, architectures, and products.
  Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload
  • Utilizing SAP and SharePoint to gather work order documentation from document libraries and save to specified locations. Validate work order documentation for accuracy.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, respond or forward emails to the appropriate SME
  • Perform PowerBi Dashboard Refreshes and validate errors
  • Assist with document management
    Required Skills/Attributes
    • Typing 45 WPM
    • Basic Windows and Microsoft application skills
    • Ability to navigate Microsoft SharePoint
    • Attention to detail and experience analyzing and/or validating information
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft programs (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to identify issues and come up with data-driven solutions
      Desired Skills/Attributes
      • Ability to navigate SAP.
      • Power Bi and Power Apps experience.
      • Ability to create visual representations of data in PowerBI.
