Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Consultant (W2 Only).

Key Responsibilities

Streamline and improve current Workday processes and ticketing system workflows
Provide insights on automation opportunities within the ticketing system and Workday
Identify gaps in processes and make recommendations for enhancements

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Workday HCM and Workday Compensation
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Configuration experience in Workday is preferred
HCM shared services support experience is essential
Agile experience is beneficial
