Job Description:
Great client in Placentia looking for a Customer Service and
Dispatch Coordinator!
Great customer service skills, knowledgeable with basic excel,
word, outlook, dispatch and scheduling experience, some knowledge
of an operating system.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Offering Parts, Equipment Installations and Service Repair.
- Handles telephone inquiries in a professional manner, regarding
work in process or possible future work.
- Must have the ability to make and receive high volume calls.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent telephone communication, written and vocal skills.
- Effective people skills with the ability to interface with all
technicians and upper management.
- Energetic, positive, "can do" attitude with follow-through
skills.
- Must have the ability and comfort with the use of Outlook, Word,
Excel and our Contact Database.
- Assist the service department with scheduling and coordinating
jobs and products.
- Past experience of service repair dispatch and scheduling are
HIGHLY preferred
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Business casual environment
