Responsibilities:



Seeking a Lease Administrator with a real estate generalist background in property/facilities management. This role is responsible for the oversight and administration of all company properties, facilities, office service operations and maintenance. The candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and Director of Corporate Real Estate while working alongside the Facilities Supervisor. Immediate responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Lease, Security & Finance Administration:



?Perform thorough review, monitoring and managing of commercial leases and documents.


?Maintain, update and perform data entry for lease document information into the property management software system.


?Provide assistance regarding lease information, rental allocations, payments and review reconciliations with respect to billing.


?Track lease terms, expirations, renewals and generate reports as requested.


?Maintains overall budgetary responsibility for the department and provides financial reports & analysis including budget variances.


?Assist with managing and developing a security program with Senior Management.


?Conducts periodic security audits to assess risk and makes recommendations to close any gaps in the current process.



Property/Facilities Management



?Plan, schedules and oversees building maintenance.


?Process requests from management, staff to ensure work orders are completed in a timely fashion.


?If applicable, inspects completed work to ensure specifications are met and applicable building codes are adhered to.


?Assist Senior Management with developing and carrying-out emergency evacuation plans.




Minimum Requirements:



?3-5 years of experience as a Real Estate generalist or Lease Administrator;


?BA/BS in Business Management, Finance, or other related area;


?Proven ability at managing lease expenditures, reviewing & negotiating leases;


?Strong negotiation experience with tenants;


?Strong experience with reviewing and drafting leasing contracts;


?Advanced financial, analytical and organizational skills;


?Strong verbal, writing and time management skills;


?Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
