Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist -
Prospecting COE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver prospecting enablement for the Revenue
organization, focusing on the XDR Org
Onboard new XDR representatives and assist in breaking down
high-level tasks into actionable steps
Measure the success of enablement initiatives and identify
opportunities for improvement in workflows
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales and enablement
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate
adaptability
Experience working cross-functionally with various teams including
operations and marketing
Knowledge of Salesforce and Outreach
Willingness to learn and grow from experiences
